Perched on a lush green hillside, COCOS Hotel is a collection of Private Cottages encircled by miles of blue sea and nestled between two stunning beaches on the south western coast of the Island of Antigua. Our location allows you to enjoy awesome sea views from almost any vantage point.
Different Accommodation Style
Our distinctive style of accommodation is probably the biggest differentiator when compared to a conventional Caribbean Resort.
Instead of large concrete room blocks we offer private, stand-alone cottages all constructed entirely of wood, wattle and other indigenous materials. The only corridors here are outdoor pathways that take you through rich, colorful gardens and to the beaches. Your balcony includes a traditional West Indian hammock, comfy deck chairs and even a private pool with loungers and shade depending on the room category you book. You can choose to have your room air-conditioned or opt for natural air cooling by opening your windows and French doors

Standard View Cottage
Standard View Cottages are located on the lowest level of the hillside and closest to Jolly Beach at the northern end of the resort.
These units enjoy public pool or beach views only and require the least uphill hiking to reach. They are the closest to Reception and a short distance from the Restaurant.

Premium View Cottage
Premium View Cottages are located on the second lowest level of the hillside and require a moderate hike to reach.
These units enjoy beautiful sea views that are partially interrupted by trees and vegetation. They are located closest to the Restaurant and Main Bar and to the Beach at the northern side of the property.

Bay View Pool Cottage
The latest addition to our Cottages collection, Bay View Pool Cottages enjoy cliffside locations overlooking Jolly Beach with beautiful views of the bay at the Northern end of the resort. Enjoy your own private infinity plunge pool with oversized sundeck and pool loungers.
Of all Plunge Pool Cottages these units are closest to the Restaurant and Reception requiring a short downhill trek of less than two minutes to get to these central facilities. Your closest beach will be the Jolly Beach.

Beachfront Pool Cottage
The Beach Front Pool Cottage is the only unit with a prime, on the beach location and the most direct and easy access to Valley Church Beach. While being only footsteps away from the beach and from the Sunset Beach Bar it is also the furthest distance from the Restaurant and Front Desk.
Enjoy your own private infinity plunge pool while also having the luxury of stepping off your patio right onto the sand.

Sunset View Cottages
These cottages enjoy hilltop locations with unobstructed, 180 degree sea views and spectacular sunset views.
They require the most uphill hiking but you will be rewarded with the best views. They are also the best positioned for occupants to enjoy both beaches on the property.

Sunset Pool Cottage
Sunset Pool Cottages enjoy the very best hillside locations in resort and are the most spacious.
They require a moderate hike uphill and then a short downhill trek. The units occupy front row seats to the Caribbean Sea and overlook the pristine Valley Church Beach. They enjoy cliffside locations with unobstructed, 180 degree sea views and spectacular sunset views. You also get a private infinity plunge pool and an oversized sundeck.

The Cocos Hotel Antigua Restaurant is a multi-tiered, open-air facility set on the western section of the hillside, with amazing sea views during the day and picturesque sunsets in the early evening. The Restaurant is large enough to accommodate all guests at the same time with the hotel 100% occupied.
All meals are served at the restaurant. Snacks can however be served at either of the Beaches or Beach Bar Lounges.
If you book a Cocos Hotel Antigua Beach Dinner you and your partner dine in your private pergola on the beach while being served by a dedicated waiter. This service attracts an extra charge.
