Outside there is a generous covered patio with 10 seater outdoor dining table, outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ grill, drinks fridge, sink and bar with bar stools. There is ample space for lounging in the shade on the 8 seater sofa. Beyond the covered terrace is a beautifully inviting good sized swimming pool with large sunbathing deck furnished with comfortable loungers with mattresses and fabulous open views across the bay. The pool deck is bordered by tropical plants and palm trees, has sweeping views across the water and lush green hillsides up and down the coastline and leads down onto the boat dock below.
The generous dockside lounging space includes fire pit, outdoor shower and over-water hammock. The property also comes with kayaks and standup paddleboards that can be launched from the dock – a great way to explore the gorgeous beaches and inlets of the sheltered Jolly Harbour bay.
